With over 20 years of combined consultancy and industry experience, her experience lies in the retail and consumer products sectors, with additional work in life sciences and healthcare, enabling executives to reimagine their supply chain network structures for enhanced visibility.

Merry Kweiter
Merry Kweiter
Managing Director

Merry Kweiter is a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. She has over 29 years of experience with credentials across the transformation lifecycle. In her role, she focuses on leading large, complex, global, and multi-disciplinary enterprise transformations. Merry is known for her leadership, business process optimization, execution, and delivery skills and is passionate about quality delivery outcomes. She is a trilingual first generation Syrian-American and has worked across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

She has experience in retail buying/procurement, product sourcing, product development and multi-unit retail management. Lakilah delivers value to clients by driving innovative solutions, fostering collaborative relationships, and applying strategic and analytical thinking to pressing business issues.

Manager

Carol is a Manager in Deloitte’s Finance and Performance offering with over seven years of relevant experience. Her work focuses on designing and delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions as a part of large-scale finance transformations for Life Sciences clients.
