Job Description Your Role: For our Customer Service Representative, we are looking for talented individuals to join our Performance Tapes team in Turnhout, Belgium. This position will manage the order handling from receipt to invoice and report to the Customer Service Team Manager. The Customer Service Representative will handle all internal and external questions concerning these orders. Core challenges:
- Order verification, entry, confirmation
- Creation of invoices, credit, and debit notes
- Act as an inside salesperson
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Problem-Solving
- Complaint handling
- Spokesperson for your dedicated region
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B customer service department (min. 5 years)
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Languages: fluent in English/ French/ Dutch and Eastern European Languages any other language is from added value
