- Advise and recommend potential solutions on FRCS development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts. Perform risk assessments and analyses on control system designs and cybersecurity strategies.
- Operational Control Systems Integration: Provide subject matter expertise integrating operational control systems into a centrally managed large-scale control system. This includes control systems such as Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Building Control Systems (BCS), and FRCS.
- Utilize knowledge of FRCS to support development of program plans, baselines, metrics, roadmap frameworks and execution plans. Provide supporting analysis to make better informed business decisions.
- Provide support to federal personnel in the development of policy and guidance to address standardization of the enterprise FRCS inventory. Conduct reviews of existing policies, guidance, legislation, contracts, and project execution to determine gaps, impacts, and risk.
- Provide trend analysis support on identified FRCS gaps and dependencies. Provide mitigation strategies that can be applied across the identified trends in FRCS gaps.
- Provide analytical support on identified FRCS deficiencies and dependencies. Recommend mitigation strategies that can be implemented across the identified trends in FRCS gaps.
- Review and provide substantive input to the formation and completion of sustainment plans for CONUS and OCONUS installations. They will also provide operational technology/information technology expertise on behalf of the program and other government and contract entities.
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related Three years of overall related work experience is required.
- Industrial Control Systems Experience with at least one year of experience working with industrial control systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Prior experience in providing program support to DoD clients, specifically within the energy sector.
- Security+ Certification
