- Lead technical analysis, implementation and deployment
- Coordinate technical activities with key internal and client stakeholders
- Document key solution architecture artefacts and participate in design activities
- Develop technical change requests, migration and test plans
- Participate in the provision proof of concept and pilot environments
- Support Project Managers in managing scope variations and risks effectively
- Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to execute technical changes
- Ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
- Mentor others/junior staff on your core vendor products and technologies
- Document technical SOPs into the knowledge base for technical and non-technical audiences
- 4 to 6+ years of related Windows systems experience
- Strong Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune product knowledge
- Strong skills in deploying Windows 10/11 builds, applications and updates to desktops and workstations using both Intune Autopilot and Configuration Manager
- Strong skills in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Image creation
- Strong exposure to Virtual environments such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong exposure to Windows Server infrastructure
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Change, Problem management
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory and AWS
- Fundamental understanding of Active Directory environments including AAD-Sync
- Fundamental understanding of available migration strategies, paths, risks and issues with the relevant products
- Experience in Linux environments such as Ubuntu and Citrix ADC
- Experience in PowerShell scripting, including creation of automations in Intune, Azure Automate and scheduled tasks
- Experience in supporting cloud transitions
- Must be able to estimate and balance workloads, internal and external expectations, and work in high-pressure engagements with high-profile stakeholders
- Interested in growing by taking on challenging and rewarding projects or assignments
- Ability to learn new product updates and technologies
- Ability to communicate appropriately with client technical and executive staff
