Join our cyber team and elevate your career.Work you'll doBackground:The government agency is modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of agency services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. As part of the effort, the government agency's OCIO is establishing a combined cyber and network vendor supported services contract. The integrated team will provide one common approach to networking and security services. This requirement will be administered centrally to directly support ITOS and Cybersecurity Divisions.Description:
- Manage all relevant team's communications and adhere to published incident response service level agreements including on-site support, update incident response at prescribed intervals, etc
- Respond to customer support requests through tickets, phone calls and emails
- Act as escalation support for EOC and work effectively with other technical groups for troubleshooting
- 3+ years' experience configuring and supporting enterprise class network hardware in a highly redundant environment with a focus on ensuring uptime requirements are met
- 3+ years' experience working independently and with a team to provide network support to enterprise class hardware systems, experience working with various infrastructure tools for monitoring purposes, network-based configuration backups, incident reporting, ticket tracking
- 1+ years' experience responding to and correcting errors and hardware exceptions on a wide variety of network hardware
- Ability to be on site in within 2 hours of an identified event
- Current active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Boyers, PA during core business hours (6am-6pm). Network support specialists are required to be on site in datacenter locations within 2 hours of an identified event.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
